Having a room with a nice room number is always a dream for ccTalk users. To get a nice room number, Mytour will guide you in a simple way as follows
To experience the latest features of ccTalk, you should download the latest version, download ccTalk
Step 1:
In the Room Management section, select Request Nice Number
Step 2:
In the new browser window, you will see the information:
- Type of Nice Numbers: There are 5 types of nice numbers for you to choose from
- Eligibility: Eligible or ineligible
- Conditions for Requesting a Nice Number
Step 3:
Choose a Nice Number
You can select the desired nice number by clicking on the respective type of nice number
Note: Only when meeting the requirements in Step 2, can you select the type of nice number
Next, choose a number for yourself and click Confirm
Note: Before requesting a nice number, ensure that the maximum number of people online in your room is over 30 per day for at least 3 days
After obtaining a nice room number, you will be moved to the Rotation Phase
Step 4:
Rotation Phase
A nice room needs to maintain a minimum number of online users as follows
If for 4 days within a continuous period of 7 days the room does not meet the required number of users, ccTalk Administration will send a notification that the room will move to the extension phase.
Step 5: Extension Phase
After 14 continuous days from the date of moving to the extension phase, if the room meets the requirements for 5 days, it will be returned to the rotation status. Otherwise, if the conditions are not met, the nice number of that room will be revoked.
