(Homeland) - Despite promising to bring forth a November of explosive gratitude with a dense array of activities, the Pikmin Bloom game publisher had to announce a postponement due to encountering an issue.
At the end of October last year, Niantic unveiled the augmented reality game Pikmin Bloom on both iOS and Android platforms. Prior to that, the collaborative game project between Niantic and Nintendo was announced in March 2021. In Pikmin Bloom, players are required to sow seeds, then walk a certain distance for the plants to grow, similar to incubating an egg in Pokémon Go. When the 'pikmin' grow, you can harvest the flower petals.

Although not achieving the resounding success of Pokémon Go, Pikmin Bloom is still acknowledged for bringing many new experiences to players worldwide.
On the occasion of its one-year anniversary, in the official announcement of the game, the creators sent their gratitude to the community for their support throughout the past year. They also urged fans to follow the game as there will be many exciting activities during this special occasion:
'We hope everyone enjoys walking to nurture Pikmin every day, as well as covering the pathways with beautiful flowers throughout the past year. Get ready to look forward to the upcoming exciting events'.

As such, Niantic plans to organize a series of events taking place throughout November. The schedule to celebrate Pikmin Bloom's birthday starts from November 1st to 14th, with the community week scheduled from November 7th to 13th. The third event takes place in the latter half of November until December 9th.
At the current time, there isn't much specific information about the activities taking place during the anniversary celebration. Even phase 1 couldn't be organized, having to be postponed due to encountering an issue. The operational team is currently striving to overcome this hurdle for this birthday feast to return soon.
