How does she assess the recent shopping trends of Vietnamese consumers?
For nearly 2 years now, regarding screens, customers have been focusing on 32-inch sizes, recently shifting to medium sizes of 40 inches, and lately, 48-50 inches have been highly preferred. Previously, Full HD screens have gradually transitioned to 4K screens.
The transition to 4K movie formats is increasing, leading to higher consumer demand.
Furthermore, consumers are opting for smart TVs more than ever, seeking richer and more diverse experiences.
In recent years, we have observed significant changes in the shopping behavior of Vietnamese consumers.
Instead of impulsive or habitual choices, Vietnamese consumers are increasingly demanding higher quality and aesthetics.
As living standards rise, consumers also desire more novel and unique experiences from products.
Understanding this, we strive to bring the latest, most meticulously crafted products with cutting-edge technology to ensure the utmost satisfaction for our customers.

It's known that TCL has recently introduced a completely new product line for the Vietnamese market. Could you share about these products?
Certainly, we've just launched in the Vietnamese market a product line utilizing groundbreaking production technology with 4 main products: QLED X6 TV, QLED X4 TV, UHD C6 TV, and Curved UHD P5 TV. These products have also recently been introduced at an exhibition in the United States.
These products are all part of the 4K line, catering to the high demands of today's consumers, who also prefer to choose 4K models. Based on this trend, the company has introduced a range of 4K products.
Among the 4 new product lines, there is one curved screen P5 model, both in design and image, compared to previous models the company has released, it is more beautiful. The majority of curved screens are Full HD, but the P5 is a 4K screen.
C6, also a 4K product line, has a wide, beautiful color range. The X4 and X6 products have also won numerous awards at exhibitions in the US, with an 85-inch screen, featuring artificial intelligence. In addition, with external speaker design, home theater, providing not only a beautiful image experience but also superior sound.
X4 and X6 are the company's highest-end lines, this time the 4 product lines the company introduced come in various sizes for customers to choose from. All are equipped with 4K screens so customers have more choices. TCL's goal is not only for consumers to experience visually but also auditorily, like a home theater.

Regarding technology, what experiences will users have?
The TVs are ultra-thin, with edge-to-edge design, providing an unrestricted visual sensation.
Currently, except for the P5 series, the C6, X4, and X6 series all use licensed Android operating systems, a rarity among TV manufacturers. With Google licensing, users will receive regular updates integrated with Google, making it much more convenient, and AI technology will provide smarter experiences.
In addition to software and hardware, we also offer additional service packages for users to explore new channels, international channels, to enhance their viewing experience.
Launching products before the World Cup season, is it a strategy to win over Vietnamese consumers?
It's not really about winning over, every year new products are launched in April. It's just that this year, close to the World Cup season, it's also the season when the TV industry competes for increased market share.
We hope that, before entering the World Cup season, customers can experience, preview, and learn about the new product lines so that when they have the need, they will have the best choices.
Vietnamese people have a great passion for football, so not only TCL but most companies seize the opportunity to launch new products.
