1.1. How to change Viettel TP Link wifi password

Here, I will guide you on how to change the wifi password for Tplink WR841ND of Viettel. For other TP Link devices, you can configure similarly.

Step 1: Plug in the Router, connect the Tplink WR841ND Router to your computer via LAN cable. Open any web browser and enter the IP address range: 192.168.1.1

A dialog box appears asking you to confirm the administrative information to log in, enter the administrative information respectively Username/password: admin/admin then press Enter.

Step 2: The modem management interface appears, on the left column, click on Wireless > Wireless Settings set your wifi name in the Wireless Network Name box then press Save. For example, here I set the display name of wifi to Mytour.

Step 3: Switch to the Wireless Security tab, this is where you create a password for your home wifi. Your goal is to set up a password at WPA/WPA2 - Personal (Recommended). The Version and Encryption you leave in Automatic mode, Wireless Password will be the new password. After setting up, press Save to save the settings. For example, here I set the password still as Mytour.

Step 4: Finally, on the left column, scroll down to the bottom, select System Tools >Reboot and click Reboot on the right column. Wait for the restart process to complete, unplug the LAN cable connected to the computer and check the wifi again.

1.2. How to change Viettel Toto Link N151RT wifi password

Step 1: To change the Viettel ToTo Link wifi password, open any web browser and go to the following IP address: 192.168.1.1 to change the Viettel wifi password.

Immediately, a dialog box will appear requesting administrative Username/password information. Enter admin/admin respectively and then click Login.

Step 2: After the Totolink management interface is displayed, navigate to Wireless >Security Settings > Pre-Shared Key and enter the new password here.

When performing this, if unable to log in to the modem, it may be because the password has been changed before. You should call Viettel hotline for support, or if you have the transmission password, you can reset the modem to log in with default username and password.

How to reset Viettel Wifi: Take a small toothpick, poke into the Reset hole on the modem, hold for about 15 seconds or until all indicator lights on the modem simultaneously light up and then turn off. If unsure, it's best to call Viettel hotline 1900.8198 for assistance.
