Changing the Group Cover Photo on Facebook Workplace
Step 1: To update your group's cover photo, go to the settings section (gear icon) and select group management.
Step 2: Next, navigate to your group and click on the group you are managing, in this case, it's the Mytour Discussion.
Step 3: Once inside the Mytour Discussion group, hover over the top right corner of the current cover photo. A toolbar with 5 options for changing the group photo will immediately appear.
- Choose from Group Photos: This feature allows you to update your Facebook Workplace group cover photo using images that have been previously posted within the group.
- Choose from My Photos: This feature takes you to your Facebook Workplace photo directory.
- Upload Photo: Directly upload an image from your computer, with a file size limit of 2 MB.
- Reset Photo Position: This feature allows you to adjust the position of the background image for optimal symmetry.
- Delete Photo: Remove the current cover photo.
Step 4: As this is a new group, we've opted to use the feature to upload a photo from our computer. Facebook Workplace supports popular image formats such as jpg or png.
Step 5: After uploading and adjusting the cover photo, you can click save changes to complete the process of changing the group cover photo on Facebook Workplace.
