Most software applications nowadays allow users to change the language for convenient use, including Microsoft Office. Users can easily change language in Office 2019. The language can be changed to Vietnamese or any other language desired by the user.
Changing Language in Word, Excel, Powerpoint in Office 2019
If you've ever heard of installing Vietnamese language for Office 2013 or installing Vietnamese language for Office 2016, then for Office 2019, the basic operations are similar to these two older versions. To be clearer, follow the details below!

Guide to change language in Office 2019
Follow the steps below to change the language in Microsoft Office 2019:
Step 1: After installing Office 2019 -> open this application (you can open Word, Excel, or PowerPoint) -> then click on the File menu at the top left of the software.
Step 2: In the new interface that appears -> click on the Options item in the list below on the left side of the screen.
Step 3: Click on Language
Step 4: Click Not installed
Next, you'll notice that the language setting is Vietnamese and labeled as Not installed. To switch to Vietnamese, simply click on Not installed as shown below.
If you wish to add another language, select the language from the image and then click on Add to include it.
Step 5: After clicking Not installed, you'll be directed to the page to download Vietnamese fonts for Office 2019. Locate and click on Download to get the Vietnamese font package for Office 2019. Ensure you select the correct download package for either Office 2019 32-bit or 64-bit to avoid installation errors.

Step 6: Once the download is complete, run the downloaded file and select Continue
Please wait a few seconds for the installation to complete.
Office 2019 will quickly reinstall the language. Ensure a stable internet connection.
Finally, a notification interface will confirm successful installation. Click on Close to finish language modification for Office 2019.
Step 7: Open the Word program -> then follow the same steps as above to access the Language section. Next, select your preferred language, assuming you choose Vietnamese -> then select Vietnamese in all 3 boxes below as shown in the image below.
Note: The positions must be set to the language you want to change first. You can click on the arrow next to move up or down.
Finally, click OK.
Press OK to restart Word 2019.
