Changing Zalo Group Avatar on Computer, Phone
Just like with individuals, after creating a Zalo chat group, you can change the Zalo group avatar, replace the Avatar Group image very easily on PC or on your phone.

Guide to changing Zalo group avatar
1. How to change Zalo Group Avatar on computer
Step 1: In the Zalo interface on PC, click on the group avatar.
Step 2: The interface for selecting and uploading images from your computer will appear. You can choose a group image from a collection of themes including family, work, friends, and education. If selecting from your computer -> click on Upload from computer.
In the Select available image interface -> click on the plus sign icon as described in the image below:
Step 3: Immediately, a folder will be displayed for you to choose an image on your computer to use as the group avatar. Zalo now supports users in selecting images in JPG, PNG, and JPEG formats. Select the image -> click Open to use.
You will notice the new group avatar on Zalo appear. Click Change group avatar below to complete the change of Zalo Group Avatar.
As a result, the group avatar on Zalo will be updated, reflecting the image you have chosen:
2. How to change Zalo Group Avatar on mobile phone
The process for changing the Zalo group avatar on Android and iPhone phones is essentially the same. Therefore, we will demonstrate how to change the Zalo Group Avatar on an Android device.
Step 1: In the group chat interface -> click on the three-dot icon as described. Once the Options interface appears -> click on the Edit button.
Step 2: Then you can update the profile picture with the images provided by Zalo. Or you can Take a new photo to directly take a photo on your phone and use that photo as your profile picture. If using an existing photo on your phone -> click on Select available image.
Step 3: Next, you choose an image to set as the new group profile picture.
Step 4: Then you will see the group profile picture appear -> click Done to proceed to the profile picture editing interface for the group -> after editing -> click Done button again.
Upon completion, you will see the group avatar on Zalo has been successfully changed, and you will also notice this change when switching to Zalo on your computer.
So, you have completed the change of Zalo group avatar, replacing the Group Avatar. Changing the group avatar as instructed above is quite similar to changing the Zalo avatar for personal accounts, and basically, the process is the same and quite simple.
