How to chat in Pokemon Go using Go Chat:
Step 1: Download and install Go Chat on your phone.
Step 2: Register your Nickname, Email, and password. You can also choose your Team right here. Then press Sign Up.
If you haven't decided on a Team yet, no worries. You can go to Settings, then choose one of the 3 Teams: Valor, Mystic, Instinct.

Step 4: Switch to your Team and engage in conversations with your teammates.
Step 5: Choose the Groups section to create a new group.
