Cherry blossom season is approaching, let's travel to Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea right now!
Every year, towards the end of March and the beginning of April, cherry blossoms return across the beautiful regions of the temperate zone. Therefore, it's no surprise that during March and April every year, on social media platforms, it's not hard to come across the glittering images captured by young people in Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea of cherry blossoms in full bloom.

Cherry blossoms are beloved by the people of Japan and revered as the national flower, not only for their pure beauty but also because cherry blossoms symbolize the strong will and noble qualities of Samurai warriors. In Japan, cherry blossoms typically bloom in spring, varying from place to place whether they bloom earlier or later.

In warmer southern Japan, cherry blossoms can bloom from late February while in the northern Hokkaido region of Japan, cherry blossoms can bloom in late April. Therefore, cherry blossom enthusiasts can admire the blossoms along a journey from south to north within Japan each month.

Around the last two weeks of March and April in Japan, the Hanami festival, the most famous traditional flower viewing festival in Japan, will also take place. Joining this festival, it must be said that you will be able to enjoy the flowers to your heart's content without taking your eyes off them.

In South Korea, due to consistently lower temperatures compared to Japan, the flowers will bloom later, expectedly in early April each year. Cherry blossom season is one of the most beautiful moments in Seoul, South Korea's capital. During this time, the weather becomes warm, everywhere is filled with cherry blossoms, bringing an enchanting beauty to the streets.

Visiting South Korea during this season, tourists will be delighted to admire the beauty of the street with over 1,400 cherry blossom trees embracing both sides of the Han River like a poetic silk strip across the city. Strolling along that street, tourists will be extremely thrilled to have beautiful photos, shoulders brushing against a few flower petals, feeling the gentle fragrance of cherry blossoms blending in the breeze.

As a distinctive flower of the Land of the Rising Sun, cherry blossoms are also greatly loved and grown in many places in Taiwan with various beautiful cherry blossom varieties blending white and pink. Unlike Japan and South Korea, the weather in Taiwan is warmer so spring comes earlier, hence cherry blossoms also bloom earlier and last longer.

Cherry blossoms are extensively planted on this island nation, but the most famous is the cherry blossom forest in the tourist area of Alishan. Among them, marvelously beautiful are the two cherry blossom varieties: Angelic White with bright white color, exuding pure, gentle beauty, and Unicorn Pink cherry blossoms captivating with their lightly pink petals.

Cherry blossom viewing in Taiwan cannot miss a visit to Yangminshan Park, where many magnificent flower forests gather such as cherry blossoms, azaleas, magnolias, peonies... There are over 1,000 cherry blossom varieties planted in the park forming a magnificent natural painting.
