Step 1: Download and install the latest version of CamStudio from this link:

Step 3: Click on the dropdown arrow icon on the menu bar. Each click corresponds to selecting a new video format.
CamStudio provides three main screen recording video formats: MP4, SWF, and AVI. To identify the chosen video format, look at the black text line in the top right corner of the screen (Record to...).
