- Candidates residing in Hai Duong Province: Enrollment from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on September 11, 2020.

- Candidates residing in Quang Ninh, Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Thai Binh, Hai Phong, and other provinces: Enrollment from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on September 12, 2020.
