The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has recently released the 2014 National Tourism Program for the Central Highlands - Dalat with the theme 'The Great Highlands of Central Vietnam'.

This is a culturally and socially significant international event, providing an opportunity to introduce and promote the natural beauty and people of Dalat - Lam Dong, and the Central Highlands, to both domestic and international friends. It is also an occasion for the 5 provinces of the Central Highlands to showcase their strengths in natural landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and unique attractions, forming a series of continuous activities to promote destinations for Vietnam tourism and drive socio-economic development.
The Tourism Year will kick off with the commemoration of 120 years since the formation and development of Dalat (12-2013), officially starting with the Dalat Flower Festival 2014 (Gregorian New Year) and the Opening Cultural Week of the National Tourism Year…
