Due to its high-security measures, editing a PDF file requires users to convert it to formats like Word or Excel. Adobe Reader also supports the functionality to convert PDF to Word for user convenience. However, for optimal teamwork, it's recommended to use the commenting features in Adobe Reader instead of directly modifying someone else's document. If you come across any errors in the PDF document, use the commenting features in Adobe Reader to prompt the author to review that section.
Commenting Features in Adobe Reader:
Step 1: In the Adobe Reader interface, choose File >Open.
Step 2: Select the PDF file you want to view on your computer.
Step 3: Navigate to the section you want to comment on in the document, choose Comments.
Step 4: Select the section you want to Comment on and find the dialog box icon.
Step 5: The mouse cursor will be replaced with a yellow dialog box icon. Click on the text section you want to leave a Comment on and enter your comments to send to the author.
You can review your comments by clicking on the yellow dialog box comment icon or check in the display section on the right side of Adobe Reader.
Step 6: To respond to comments, if you're the document author, select Reply and enter feedback.
