This is the phenomenon of leaving spaces between words even without pressing the spacebar. To fix this issue, go to Word Options > Advanced, then uncheck Use smart cut and paste, and click OK.

Capital letters with Vietnamese accents are improperly indented.
Before typing words with capital letters and Vietnamese accents at the beginning of a sentence, go to Word Options > Proofing > AutoCorrect Options… In the Autocorrect tab, uncheck Correct Two Initial Capitals, and click OK.
Typing the letter i often changes it to I
To fix this issue, go to Word Options > Proofing > AutoCorrect Options… In the Autocorrect tab, observe the 'Replace - With' table. If you see the letter 'i' being replaced with 'l', select Delete to remove it.
Change measurement units.
If you want to change measurement units from inches to centimeters using Vietnam's traditional method, go to the Word Options > Advanced > Display menu. Then, select Centimeters under the Measurement units section. Save the document and restart MS Word to apply the settings for future editing sessions.
