The Chairman and CEO personally choreographed humorous dances and scenes on TikTok to enhance the company's image.

The typical depiction of salarymen in Japan involves early morning commutes, late-night overtime, and crowded train rides in Tokyo. However, the following narrative will be vastly different.
To promote the company's image, the Chairman and CEO themselves crafted humorous dances and scenes on TikTok, even earning an award for setting trends on social media.
Mr. Daisuke Sakurai, CEO of Daikyo Security, stated: 'The primary reason we established a TikTok channel was in 2018 when we couldn't recruit anyone. 99 security companies were competing to find one employee. The aging population made young people reluctant to take on such jobs. We considered Twitter, YouTube, many options, but they were flooded with content. And TikTok is the only social network that hasn't been saturated.''
Gone are the images of big-bellied bosses; they're unafraid to dance to the beat or transform into cartoon characters. The message from these videos is simple: overlook stereotypes about rigid hierarchies in Japanese companies and unleash human energy.
Mr. Tomohiko Kojima, CEO of Daikyo Security, expressed: ''As the videos gained more interaction, I started to be recognized on the streets. I hope this trend will become more widespread and help create a new brand image for security work, which has always been seen as difficult, dangerous, and lowly.''.
The company's success has been acknowledged with a YouTube Silver Button and honored as a trendsetter on the TikTok video sharing app.
