The comparison results displayed in the Comparison Result column are values present in the Second Number column but not in the First Number column. As you can see, the formula compares the Second Number column with the First Number column and performs an operation. If there is an operation, it does nothing. If there is something in the Second Number column that is not in the First Number column, it will yield the result in the Comparison Result column.
