Released almost simultaneously, Razer and Logitech unveiled mobile gaming devices aimed at cloud technology. However, the difference lies in configuration and price, critical factors for players in deciding which product to choose.
Logitech G Cloud
Logitech G Cloud utilizes the Android platform customized by the company to cater to its users. The configuration of Logitech G Cloud is as follows: Snapdragon 720G processor, only 4GB LPDDR4X RAM, and 64GB storage. However, gamers can expand the memory using the MicroSD card slot.
The price of this device may make users shake their heads, as it reaches up to $350. This figure is considered too high for the configuration that this device offers to gamers. With the aforementioned specifications, it will be quite challenging for Logitech G Cloud to meet the demands of mobile games requiring high-end configurations.
Razer Edge
Recently announced, the Razer Edge comes with a price tag of $400. This means it's $50 more expensive than Logitech's product. But what's important is that this price difference provides gamers with a device that boasts significantly better specifications.
The Razer Edge features a 6.8-inch AMOLED display, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a resolution of 2,400 x 1,080. It is powered by the new Snapdragon G3x Gen 1 processor paired with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM, not 4GB LPDDR4X like Logitech. The internal storage of this device also goes up to 128GB with the ability to expand via memory card.
