According to benchmarks by tech authority Tom’s Guide, the Z Fold4 achieves Geekbench 5 single-core and multi-core scores of 1328 and 3821 respectively, while its GPU performance in Wild Life Extreme Unlimited test stands at 2677 points and 16.03 fps.
Meanwhile, the Mi Mix Fold2 leaks Geekbench 5 single-core score of 1279. Alongside its slim design, many experts speculate that Xiaomi might struggle to optimize cooling for the chip, potentially impacting CPU stability during usage.
In addition to outperforming the Mi Mix Fold2 in terms of performance, the Galaxy Z Fold4 also excels in interface and software optimization. This is evident in its compact task bar and higher level of personalization, as well as the flexibility of running and displaying three apps simultaneously on the unfolded screen. In contrast, the Mix Fold2's interface appears relatively rudimentary.

If you think Mi Mix Fold2 takes better photos due to its collaboration with Leica, it may be necessary to clarify that Leica only contributes to the photo algorithm, meaning post-processing.
On the hardware front, Z Fold4 edges ahead with optical image stabilization on both the main and telephoto cameras, along with 3x optical zoom combined with hybrid zoom up to 30x. Meanwhile, Mi Mix Fold2 only features optical image stabilization on the main camera, lacks it on the telephoto, and stops at 2X optical zoom.
Additionally, while Z Fold 4 boasts selfie cameras on both the unfolded and folded screens, Mi Mix Fold2 only has a selfie camera on the folded screen, hence posing some inconveniences in usage.
