Check laptop information using the “msinfo32” command
The first method only applies to laptops running on Windows 8.1/10. To proceed, press the “Windows + R” key combination, then enter the command “msinfo32” into the command prompt.
This method helps you view all computer information, software, and other components in your laptop such as: laptop model, manufacturer, processor, RAM specifications, and other hardware details.
Use Computer Properties to view laptop information
This method can be applied to all versions from Windows XP to Windows 10.
On Windows 8 or Windows 10, click on the icon: This PC => Properties and all information will be displayed promptly.
For Windows 7 and earlier, follow these steps: Start > right-click on My Computer or click on the My Computer icon on the desktop, then choose Properties.
