Resolving Issues in Tax Finalization Support Software
Step 1: Navigate to the Control Panel from the Windows interface. Depending on your operating system, the process may vary. For Windows 7, simply press Start in the bottom left corner and select Control Panel.
Step 2: The Control Panel interface appears, press and select Clock, Language, and Region.
Step 3: Next, click on Region and Language to proceed.
Step 4: On the Formats tab, click on Additional settings.
Step 5: The Customize Format window appears. Modify certain parameters as follows:

Step 6: After modifying the parameters, click OK to save the new settings. Close and restart the QTTNCN software to check for the changes.
