Zaun
Let's start with Zaun - a tribe that has been relatively hot recently with many unique variant decks. In this version, the tactical transformations of Zaun have been modified significantly to bring about a more balanced meta:

- Robot's Arm: The activation rate of the second attack's internal ability is reduced from 50% to 40%.
- Hextech Armor: Maximum health regeneration is increased from 10 to 12%, and the internal upgrade now removes not only all negative effects but also dispels harmful spells. Particularly, with Sion, this upgrade won't trigger when he resurrects.
- Unstable Alchemy: Explosion damage of Overload reduced from 45% to 35% of the owner's maximum HP.
- Adaptive Orbs: SMCK, SMPT, and full vampirism increased from 25% to 30%.
Demacia
Demacia might gain a new 4-cost member, Lucian, along with the sub-tribe, Sharpshooters. Additionally, Demacia's effects undergo some changes:

- Number of adept traits changes from 1/2/3/5 to 1/2/4/6.
- Amount of adept trait resistances increases from 5/25/60/125 to 5/30/50/100.
Sharpshooters
In addition to adding a new member, Sharpshooters will experience a slight increase in accumulated full vampirism on hits, rising from 6/11/20% to 6/12/22%.
Shadow Isles
Shadow Isles seems a bit too robust with the overwhelming shield it creates. Therefore, Riot has made some adjustments to this tribe in TFT Version 13.16:

- The shield created based on activation thresholds is reduced from 40/80/125% to 45/80/115% of maximum health.
- Energy regeneration based on activation thresholds is decreased from 5/12/20 to 6/12/18.
Shurima
Observing that ascension units seem to be getting chilly reception from many gamers, Riot has also provided some minor buffs to this tribe to make Shurima come back into the meta noticeably:

- Ascension Bonus increased from 20% to 25%.
- Health of Shurima champions during ascension is raised from 30% to 33%.
