Compose the piece Listen and Narrate: Me, just like my uncle, Short
Question 1 (page 120 Vietnamese textbook 3): Listen and narrate the story 'Me, just like my uncle.'
Answer:
Learning is a crucial aspect of every individual. Without education, there is no knowledge, and one may not even know how to read. Imagine a world where we cannot read, write, or solve mathematical problems. The story 'Me, just like my uncle' emphasizes the importance of education in human life. It narrates the following:
An elderly writer went to the station to buy a ticket. He wanted to read the station's announcement, but he forgot his glasses, so he couldn't read it.
Noticing someone standing nearby, the writer immediately said:
- Excuse me, could you please read this announcement for me?
The other person hesitated and replied:
- I'm sorry. I'm just like you. I can't read it either. I didn't study when I was young, so now I'm illiterate.
If only the other person knew how to read, they wouldn't be perplexed by such a small matter.
Question 2 (page 120 Vietnamese textbook 3): Introduce our class and its activities in the past month to a group of visitors.
Answer:
Respected ladies and gentlemen!
My name is Vu Quoc Binh, and I am the leader of Group 1. Allow me to introduce our group and its activities in the past month.
Our group consists of ten members, including six female students. We all live in the same neighborhood, which is very convenient for group study sessions at home.
In the past month, our group actively participated in various activities organized by the school and our class. All members in our group are diligent in their studies, always understanding and completing assignments. Everyone enthusiastically contributes constructive ideas during discussions. Our group has been praised by the teacher multiple times. I am proud of the achievements our group has accomplished. We scored 153 out of 160 points in the past month. In the beautiful handwriting competition, Huu Dien won first prize, while Anh Hang and Thu Thao secured second place. These achievements are the result of consistent training by the members. Beyond academics, our entire group actively engages in extracurricular activities such as tree planting campaigns, community service at Tran Quoc Toan Street, and participation in the Young Star Movement. Our group was honored to receive the 'Exemplary Flag' from the class.
I am delighted and proud of the accomplishments our group has achieved in the past month.
