Bilgewater
Origin Trait:Attacks and abilities of Bilgewater champions mark targets, storing a portion of damage based on their level. Marked enemies will be hit by a cannonball after 2 seconds, receiving magic damage and a portion of stored damage.
- Level 3: 200 damage and 25% stored damage.
- Level 5: 300 damage and 45% stored damage.
- Level 7: 500 damage and 90% stored damage.
- Level 9: Cannonballs will cause splash damage.
Trait: Bilgewater, Sniper - Reaver King
Passive: Gangplank gains 50 armor/MR when placed in the top two rows, his attacks become melee and set targets on fire, dealing true damage over 3 seconds. If placed in the bottom two rows, Gangplank gains an additional 3 hexes range and his attacks restore 5 mana.
Ability: Gangplank calls forth a ghost ship into the nearest area, dealing magic damage to the first enemies hit. Allies within the radius or touched by the ghost ship gain crowd control immunity and bonus attack speed for 4 seconds.
Nilah (4-cost champion)Trait: Bilgewater, Vanquisher
Passive: Nilah's attacks fan out in a cone in front of her, hitting up to 2 additional targets. Every 3rd attack extends her range.
Ability: Nilah creates a shield and dashes to safety, gaining 44% bonus attack speed for the remainder of the match.
Nautilus (3-cost champion)Trait: Bilgewater, Vanguard
Passive: Nautilus gains an additional 30% armor/MR from all sources.
Ability: Summons a whirlpool, dealing magic damage in the area with the most enemies, stunning and pulling enemies within 2 hexes into the whirlpool, knocking them up.
Miss Fortune (3-cost champion)Trait: Bilgewater, Captain
Miss Fortune calls down a bullet rain, dealing magic damage and applying grievous wounds to enemies hit by the ability.
Twisted Fate (2-cost champion)Trait: Bilgewater, Sorcerer Gambler

Illaoi (1-cost champion)Trait: Bilgewater, Guardian
Illaoi attacks the nearest enemy and tethers her soul to them. While tethered, Illaoi heals for all the damage her targets take.

Graves shoots a smoke bomb at the attacking target, exploding to deal magic damage in 2 hexes. The bomb leaves a slowing field that slows the attack speed of all enemies within.
Ixtal
Origin Trait:As a new origin in TFT Set 9.5, Ixtal champions create a random elemental tile in each match, granting various effects to champions placed on it:
Earth Tile: Grants crowd control immunity and reduces incoming damage.
Water Tile: Provides a shield when health is low.
Storm Tile: Stuns enemies upon ability use.
Wood Tile: Grants armor/MR and increases champion size.
Fire Tile: Abilities ignite enemies upon cast.
Furthermore, when champions are placed on enhanced tiles, their ability damage to enemies will inflict an additional 30% magic damage over time.
Level 1: 1 elemental tile.
Level 3: 2 elemental tiles.
Level 4: Enhanced abilities will heal allies.
Neeko (3-cost champion)Trait: Ixtal, Brawler
Neeko jumps to the attacking enemy and creates a shield for herself for 3 seconds. After a brief delay, she deals magic damage to enemies within 2 hexes.
Qiyana (2-cost champion)Trait: Ixtal, Outlaw, Assassin
Qiyana dashes to the enemy in a straight line, dealing physical damage and stunning them for 1.5 seconds.
Milio (1-cost champion)Trait: Ixtal, Herald of Ruin
Milio kicks a fireball at the attacking target, dealing magic damage and stunning enemies for 2 seconds. The fireball then bounces to the nearest enemies, dealing magic damage in the area.
Vanquisher
Origin Trait:This origin replaces Celestial in TFT Set 9.5. Attacks and abilities of Vanquisher champions can critically strike, and they gain additional critical strike chance and damage.
Level 2: 15% chance, 10% critical strike damage.
Level 4: 35% chance, 25% critical strike damage.
Level 6: 55% chance, 40% critical strike damage.
Xayah (4-cost champion)Trait: Ionia, Vanquisher
Xayah shoots feathers at the attacking target, dealing physical damage and reducing the first target's armor by 6 until the end of combat.
Ionia Augmentation: Attacks restore 5 mana.
Other Champions
Fiora (4-cost champion)Trait: Duelist, Demacia.
Fiora becomes untargetable and continuously attacks nearby targets with 4 strikes, each dealing physical damage and a portion of true damage. Fiora heals for 20% of the damage dealt during her ability.
Mordekaiser (4-cost champion)Trait: Reaper, Noxus.
Passive: Mordekaiser's basic attacks deal magic damage, which increases when his ability is activated.
Ability: Gains an additional attack range for 5 seconds, if he kills an enemy during this time, Mordekaiser steals their health, AD, AP, armor/MR until the end of combat.
Silco (4-cost champion)Trait: Mystic, Zaun.
Throws an unstable compound towards the target. Enemies caught within the compound suffer magic damage, while allies are healed.
Quinn (3-cost champion)Trait: Reaper, Demacia.
Quinn throws Valor in a straight line or diagonally (whichever hits more enemies), marking them for additional damage for 4 seconds. Afterward, Quinn deals physical damage evenly to all marked enemies.
Naafiri (2-cost champion)Trait: Darkin, Shurima, Duelist
Naafiri bites the enemy, dealing physical damage. If Naafiri is slain, it will possess the nearest ally, granting them full life steal, and each time the ally uses an ability, they summon 2/3/4 hounds to attack the target.
