– Business license;

– Latest 3 months' tax receipts (affixed to the company's original document);

– Original copy of the company's 3-month transaction statement.

Employee:

– Employment contract or position decision;

– Original leave application;

– Original copy of the salary account statement for the last 3 months (if salary is paid through the bank) or salary sheet for the last 3 months (if paid in cash);

– In the case of retirement: retirement card or retirement decision + pension salary book (if receiving cash) or original copy of the 3-month pension salary statement (if receiving through the bank);

– If unable to prove employment: proof of work and financial status of spouse or children.

– If the father or mother does not travel together, it is mandatory for the father or mother to have a power of attorney with confirmation from the local authorities to accompany the child on the trip;

– Leave request letter from the current school; if during the summer break, a confirmation letter from the school is required;

– Birth certificate;

– Passport or National ID of parents not accompanying.

– Savings book or confirmation of a balance of at least 130,000,000 VND per guest (encouraged to have more if possible);

– Land use certificate, house ownership certificate, apartment purchase contract (if applicable).
