Latest leaks reveal that the Galaxy F54 5G is a rebranded version of the Galaxy M54 5G. This phone, with model number SM-E546B, utilizes the Exynos 1380 chip and comes with 8GB RAM.

The Exynos 1380 SoC is produced on a 5nm process. It features four ARM Cortex-A78 CPU cores running at 2.4 GHz, four ARM Cortex-A55 CPU cores running at 2 GHz, and a Mali-G68 MP5 (5 cores) GPU operating at 950 MHz.
Additionally, the Galaxy F54 5G is rumored to boast a 6.7-inch AMOLED display, a triple-camera system with a primary 108MP sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro camera. This smartphone also features a 32MP front-facing camera, a 6,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging, and an integrated fingerprint scanner in the power button.
