Steps to Connect Laptop to TV via HDMI
Step 1: Manually connect the HDMI cable between the two devices
Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port on the laptop. Then, connect the other end to the HDMI port on the TV. Note that the distance between the laptop and TV depends on the length of the HDMI cable.
Connect the remaining end of the HDMI cable to the TV

Wait for the TV and laptop to connect. If there's no signal detected after about 15 seconds, press the Windows + P key combination on the laptop, then choose Duplicate to link them.
