Connect your Google Account with Ubuntu

Install Evolution
After connecting your Google account, you gain access to your Google calendar. If you click on the Day/Time option in the top bar, the calendar window will display, including Gmail calendar events as shown below:
To maximize the use of various services, it's recommended to install the Evolution software. To install Evolution, open Ubuntu Software, then search for Evolution and click on Install, as shown below:
Once the Evolution installation process is complete, you will see your Gmail account added. Depending on the amount of data stored in your Google account, it may take some time to sync the data. Additionally, you can check other services such as calendar, contacts, and more.
Google Drive
Things will be a bit different. If you open the Nautilus file manager, you'll see a section for your Google account. Click on that section, however, files or folders won't immediately appear until your Google account is synchronized.
After the synchronization process is complete, you can open files directly within the file manager as long as you stay connected to Google Drive without logging out or restarting your computer. Newly added or edited files will sync with your Google account.
A small note, if the data volume in your Google Drive account is large, Nautilus may take some time to process.
