Steps to connect your TV to the Samsung soundbar using Optical cable
Step 1. Firstly, you need to plug the Optical cable into the DIGITAL AUDIO OUT (OPTICAL) port on the TV and the Samsung soundbar, then press the POWER button (circular with a vertical line) on the soundbar or the POWER button on the remote to turn on the soundbar.

Press the power button to turn on the soundbar
Step 2. Turn on the D.IN mode of the soundbar by pressing the share icon button (square with arrow symbol) or the D.IN button on the remote until the white light appears, indicating the connection mode is ready.

Note:
- Not all TVs have Optical ports, so you need to check if your TV has any connection port labeled as DIGITAL AUDIO OUT (OPTICAL).
- The device will automatically turn off if the D.IN mode of the soundbar remains inactive for 25 minutes after activation, without playing any music or videos.
