Remote Control Your PC on Android with Microsoft Remote Desktop
Step 1: On a computer running Windows 7 and Windows 8, click on Control Panel
Step 2: Next, select System and Security from the options
Step 3: Choose System from the menu
Step 4: Here, select Remote Settings on the left side of the screen.
