Step 1: Open Excel, select File.

Step 4: In Advanced, under Editing options, uncheck Use system separators.
Step 5: Below the Use system separators section, make the following changes:
+ Decimal separator (used for decimal points): Replace periods with commas

After making the changes, press OK.
