For example, fonts like Time New Roman and Tahoma share the Unicode character set. To convert, highlight the text to be transformed and reapply the desired font:

1.2 Converting fonts from different source character sets

Step 2: Copy the data content you want to transform the font, if you're changing the entire text, press Ctrl + A to select the entire text:

Step 3: Right-click on the Unikey icon at the bottom of the screen, select Tools...[CS+F6] or press the key combination Ctrl + Shift + F6 (if the key combination does not appear, check if Unikey is open):

- After making the selection, click on Convert:

2. How to Fix Font Issues with Unikey

Font issues often occur when you search for and download documents from the internet. Usually, when viewed on the web, the font is fine, but when downloaded to your machine, you can't read it, and the font is corrupted. First, you need to understand the font and character set as mentioned in part 1.

Step 1: Determine the current font of the content. What font is it?

To identify the current font, simply select the text content -> check the font in the Font: section.

Step 2: Determine which character set the font belongs to?

As mentioned in section 1.2, the font VNI-Times belongs to the VNI character set.

Step 3: Repeat the font conversion process as in sections 1,2:

After identifying the font and character set, you only need to perform the conversion similar to sections 1.2, for example, here converting to Time New Roman font belonging to the Unicode character set, which is the most commonly used font (you can choose any other font with the corresponding character set change):
