Method 1: Convert GIF to Video using Premiere Pro

Premiere Pro is widely known as the most famous video editing tool globally, thanks to its useful features and robust software system that operates smoothly and reliably. Basic tasks such as format conversion can still be done well on Premiere Pro and even quite quickly.
Step 1: Launch the software and select File -> New -> Project… (Ctrl + Alt + N) to create a new working project.
Step 2: Then, Right-click on Media Browser -> Import to choose the GIF file you want to convert to Video.

Step 4: Proceed to hold and drag the GIF file onto the Timeline for usage.
Afterward, you will see the GIF file converted into Video, and you can press Space (the space bar) to view the Video.

Step 3: Once the system has completed the conversion, select Download to download the converted Video to your computer.
