After downloading, you need to install the software. The interface looks like this after installation:
To convert a video to an animated GIF, follow these steps:
Step 1: On the Step 1. Extract Video tab.
- Select Browse Video and navigate to the video you want to convert.
- Select the time range to cut the video into segments, starting from From and ending at To.
- Adjust the width and height of the frame by entering values in the Width (width) and Height (height) boxes.
- Choose the number of GIF images to export in the Extract frame and select Next to proceed to the next step.
Step 2: On the Step 2. Create GIF tab.
- To remove unwanted frames from the GIF, select the frame name and click on Remove.
- Choose one of the two options in Color Matching: Normal Quality, Smaller File Size or Excellent Quality, Bigger File Size.
- In the Play Speed section, you can select the playback speed: Same as source video or Custom (where you can customize the speed).
After customization, click Make GIF, and the conversion process will take place. The result will be saved in the folder containing the original video file.
