Step 1: Install and launch Format Factory software.
If it's not already on your computer, you can download and install it.
Step 2: After successfully installing and launching the software, the main interface of the program will appear.
Navigate to Video and select FLV

Once you choose FLV, the program's interface will look like this
Output Settings: Here, you can choose the quality and dimensions for the output.
Add File: In this section, insert any file for conversion.
Add Folder: This is similar to Add File.
Step 4: After selecting Add File, click on OK
Next, simply Click to Start to complete the remaining tasks; the software will run automatically.
