The following article provides detailed instructions on how to convert font from VnTime to Time New Roman in Word and Excel.
The conversion method in Word and Excel is the same, so this article instructs how to convert in Word.
Step 1: Open the document file in .VnTime font format, for example, the text passage below:
Step 2: Select the entire text passage you wish to change the font of -> choose Copy (or you can press the shortcut Ctrl + C).
Step 3: Right-click on the Unikey software icon at the bottom right corner of the screen -> select Tools [CS + F6] (or you can press the shortcut keys Ctrl + Shift + F6).
Step 4: The Unikey Toolkit dialog will appear. There are the following options in the Character Set section:
- Source Item: Choose the character set of the text font being used here, which is the .VnTime font, so select the TCVN3(ABC) character set.
Step 6: After successfully converting, return to the original text file, press the Ctrl + V key combination or right-click and select Paste.
Thus, you have successfully converted from the .VnTime font to Time New Roman quickly and especially without spelling errors, saving conversion time.
