The nationwide tally for today is 14,638 new infections, including 17 imported cases and 14,621 domestic cases, with a decrease of 1,483 cases compared to the previous day, spanning across 58 provinces and cities. Notable affected areas include Ho Chi Minh City (1,216), Hanoi (980), Tây Ninh (920), and Đà Nẵng (442), among others.

Sơn La province continues to register 7 additional community-transmitted cases without determining the source of transmission. Extensive testing is being conducted to trace potential infections related to this new cluster.
