Combine water, agar agar, and sugar in a pot. Bring to a gentle boil and simmer. Skim off any foam. Finally, add the mango puree, mix well, and turn off the heat. Strain the mixture for a smooth texture.
Step 2: Coconut Jelly Part
Mix cold water, agar agar powder, and sugar in a pot. Bring it to a boil while skimming off any foam. After the agar agar is fully dissolved, add the coconut milk, reduce the heat, and stir well.
Layer the mango and coconut jellies alternately until all the mixture is used. Place the jelly mold in the fridge for a few hours until it sets, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
