First, sign up for a Zoho Show account to start making presentation slides.
Step 1: Visit the Zoho Show online presentation creation service Here.
By simply registering with your personal email account, you can start creating presentations using Zoho Show.
Congratulations on successfully registering your account. You will need to access the registered email account to activate your official account.
Step 2: On the initial interface, you'll be prompted to select a presentation slide theme, background color, and font. Click OK to proceed.
Step 3: On the main interface of Zoho Show presentation creation service, you'll notice that the working areas of this service differ significantly from Microsoft PowerPoint, Prezi, Google Presentation, Flair, and Sliderocket.

The 'Home' section displays information formatted within the presentation slides.

With Emphasis, users can add emphasis to specific details in both images and text.

Step 5: After creating content for the slides, you can review the outcome in the Slide Show section.
Here, you have several modes to activate the presentation including: From Beginning, From current Slide, Custom Shows, Slide show, and Presenter View, a special feature for controlling the presentation.
With Presenter View, you can present while simultaneously continuing to edit the next slides if any errors are detected easily.
Press Start Presentation to begin presenting.
Step 6:View is the section where you can customize how the presentation file is edited.
Check the editing history.
Step 7: Switch to the Review tab, where you can easily review the editing history of the presentation slides in Zoho Show. Click the View Version History… button.
Step 8: Click File >Export As > choose from Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation (.pptx), OpenDocument Presentation (.odp), Microsoft PowerPoint Slideshow (.ppsx), and PDF formats to export to your computer.
Additionally, Zoho Show offers many features including group chat and chat with friends.
Even if you're proficient in creating slides in PowerPoint from Office 2010, 2007, 2003, 2013, or 2016, if you frequently need to present, it's advisable to equip yourself with an online PowerPoint slide creation service, for example, as it can be very convenient if you urgently need a slide but don't have PowerPoint installed.
