A colleague at work shared an amazing recipe for salted quail eggs. I gave it a try, and it was absolutely delicious! My whole family polished off over 20 eggs in no time.
Below is the recipe for making delicious salted quail eggs for the family to enjoy.

Ingredients
20 quail eggs
Salt
Filtered water
Glass jar
How to Prepare Eggs
Upon purchasing eggs, it is imperative to thoroughly inspect them as the shells are delicate and prone to breakage. Rinse the eggs thoroughly and pat them dry.

Prepare a glass jar. It is advisable to avoid using plastic jars as they may contain toxins and compromise the flavor of the eggs. Clean and sterilize the jar by rinsing it with boiling water, allowing it to dry completely.
Dissolve salt in distilled water. For 20 eggs, dissolve 2 tablespoons of salt in 1 liter of water. Taste the solution to ensure it is adequately salty. Bring it to a boil and let it cool.
Gently place the eggs into a glass jar, being extremely careful as the eggshells are quite delicate. Pour in cooled water and add a tablespoon of white wine.

It's as simple as that. After about 4 days, the eggs will be ready to eat. For optimal flavor, let them sit for an additional 10-20 days. Beyond 30 days, the eggs may become too acidic, causing the yolks to darken slightly.

Give it a try for some fun. They're delicious and not too heavy since the eggs are small. They're also great for children. If anyone has more experience, feel free to share so I can incorporate it into my daily menu. These are just my own experiences shared with everyone here.
