- Beef tendons 600g
- Beef tails 1.5kg
- Taro 500g
- Lotus root 300g
- Lemongrass 3 stalks, dried shallots 2 bulbs, Garlic 1 bulb
- 3 tablespoons chili powder, 3 tablespoons satay paste
- 1/2 pineapple, 2 limes
