Step 1: Open Skype and log in to your account.
Step 2: After successfully logging in, follow these steps
Option 1: On the program interface, right-click on the account you want to add to the favorite list and select Add to Favorites.
Option 2: For each account, click on the star icon to add an account to the favorite list as shown below:

Now, the accounts added to the favorite contacts on Skype will appear at the top row in the Favorites section, allowing you to quickly message or perform any actions without the hassle of searching as before.
