- Vietnamese pork sausage: 200 grams
- Beef: 250 grams
- Roasted peanuts: 50 grams
- Seasonings: 2 lemons, fresh chili, garlic, fish sauce, sugar, fine salt

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients:
- Wash and trim the roots off various fresh greens, then rinse thoroughly and drain water
- Peel the pineapple or mango, julienne, and set aside on a clean plate
- Peel the green peppercorns, cut in half, soak in salt water for 20 minutes, then drain, halve or slice lengthwise, julienne, continue soaking in salt water to remove excess sap and whiten the peppercorns
- Cucumbers: Peel and slice into long strips
- Thinly slice boiled eggs, fold and julienne
- Shred Vietnamese pork sausage
Step 2: Prepare the Dipping Sauce
