Ingredients:
- Pale Butter - 120 gr
- All-Purpose Flour - 120 gr
- Caster Sugar - 120 gr
- Egg Whites - 3 pieces
- Liquid Vanilla - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - half a teaspoon
Ingredient Preparation:
- Prepare essential tools: oven, baking tray, electric mixer, parchment paper for baking, piping bag with a 1cm diameter tip.
- Sift the flour until it's smooth and set it aside in a bowl.

Steps:
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius before proceeding with the other steps to ensure even heating before placing the cake in.

- Step 2: Place the butter in a bowl, add salt, use an electric mixer to beat until the butter is smooth and creamy.

- Step 4: Take the bowl of egg whites, pour it slowly into the mixture, simultaneously pouring and stirring the mixture evenly. Continue stirring until the mixture is uniform in color, soft, and consistent.

- Step 5: Gradually add the finely sifted flour, simultaneously pouring and using your other hand to mix the mixture evenly. Fold gently until the mixture blends together.

- Step 6: Add vanilla to the mixture and stir evenly for a while.

- Step 7: Once the cake mixture is ready, transfer it to a piping bag with a fitted tip. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, then pipe the cakes onto the tray, making them about 5cm long and spacing each cake about 3cm apart.

- Step 8: Place the cakes in the preheated oven. Each batch of cakes takes about 10-12 minutes to bake, until they are golden evenly and slightly brown on the edges. Take them out and put in another batch, repeating until the batter is used up.

Note:
- Wait for the cakes to cool before storing them in an airtight container.
- If the stored cakes become soft, simply place them in the oven for about 5 minutes at 110 degrees Celsius.
