The Green Tea Chocolate Nama, both easy to make and oven-free, is guaranteed to enchant all the ladies out there.
Ingredients:
- 400g white chocolate
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) fresh cream (whipping cream)
- 25g (2 tablespoons) Butter
- 2 teaspoons of matcha powder
- A 20 cm square mold pre-lined with parchment paper
Instructions:
Step 1: Finely chop the white chocolate; this ensures quick and even melting.

Step 2: Dice the butter into small pieces.

Step 3: Pour fresh cream into a saucepan, heat until hot but not boiling, then remove from heat.

Step 4: Add butter and white chocolate directly into the hot cream. Stir until fully melted and combined.

Step 5: As the mixture begins to smooth, sprinkle in the matcha powder.

Step 6: Stir until the matcha powder blends evenly, giving the mixture a consistent green hue.

Step 7: Place the white chocolate mixture into a tray lined with parchment paper.

Step 8: Tap the tray on the table to eliminate excess air bubbles. Smooth the surface using a pastry scraper or a spatula.
Step 9: Chill the chocolate in the fridge for 4-5 hours or overnight. Remove the set chocolate from the parchment paper.
