Step 1: Add the images you want to apply effects to in PowerPoint (Insert -> Picture -> select the desired image).
Step 2: To create image effects, navigate to Animations -> Custom Animation.
Step 3: The Custom Animation dialog appears on the right side of the PowerPoint slide. Click Add Effect -> Motion Paths -> More Motion Paths to open the Add Motion Path dialog.
Step 4: In the Add Motion Path dialog, choose the image effect you want to apply to your image and press OK.
Step 5: Manipulate the appearance of the motion path by clicking and dragging on the small white squares, or right-clicking on the motion path and selecting Edit Points. Then, drag the black points to your desired positions.
After making adjustments, press Preview in the Animations tab to see a preview.
