How to create declarations and extract them in HTKK software
Step 1: Generate the declaration using HTKK software, allowing individuals and tax accountants to easily submit tax declarations to the relevant authorities.
Open the HTKK software on your computer. In the main interface, select the company and the assigned tax identification number. Press Agree to start.
Step 2: In the main interface, click on the Financial Statements > Financial Report options (Depending on the company's scale and business sector, you can choose the Financial Report according to Decision 15 (large companies) and Decision 48 (small companies).
Step 3: The Financial Year table appears; select the fiscal year for creating and extracting the financial report. In this section, you will see a list of essential supplementary schedules for a financial report, such as operating results (KQHDSSXKD), direct cash flow (LCTTTT), and indirect cash flow (LCTTGT),...
After selecting the desired contents for extracting the financial report, press Agree to commence.
Step 4: The data entry interface appears. In case you haven't entered data in the previous tables, input the necessary data for the company's operational indicators, including cash accounts, fixed asset accounts (if any), capital source accounts, payable debts, owner's equity,... Press Extract XML to start exporting the file.
Step 5: Choose the storage location for the XML file, and the creation of the declaration is complete. Select a storage location that is easy to remember so that after extracting the declaration in HTKK software, you can easily locate it. Press Save to save.
Press Close to complete the declaration creation and extraction process in HTKK software. With this declaration, you can send it as the main declaration to functional authorities such as the Tax General Department or the Ministry of Finance.
