Ingredients
2 cups of cold water
1 cup of granulated sugar
8 tangy tamarinds
1 large lime, cut in half
70 ml of tequila
20 ml of Triple Sec (if available)

1 tablespoon of kosher salt
1/2 tablespoon of chili powder

The Recipe for Crafting the Me Margarita Cocktail
– Step 1: Peel and remove strings from the tamarinds. Soak them in hot water, strain out pulp and seeds to extract the essence, then mix it with sugar (See details here)

– Step 2: Combine salt and chili powder on a small plate. Use a spoon to mix them evenly.
