Ingredients:
- 120g wheat flour
- 3 ripe durians
- 2 chicken eggs
- 380g milk
- 200g heavy cream (whipping cream) (readily available at supermarkets or baking stores)
- 45g sugar
- 20g butter

- Flour sieve
- Non-stick pan

Instructions for making Thousand-Layer Durian Cake:
Step 1:
Leave the butter at room temperature until melted in a bowl.
Crack the chicken eggs into the bowl, beat evenly. Then add fresh milk, sugar, melted butter, and beat evenly.
Step 2:
Add flour to the above mixture, use a sieve to sift the flour to avoid clumps. Beat the mixture evenly and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Step 3:
Separate the durian flesh, place it in a large bowl. Use a spoon to crush the durian flesh, ensuring to crush it finely.

Step 4:
At this point, take the flour mixture out of the refrigerator, heat a pan over low heat and thinly coat the pan with the mixture. Wait until the flour is soft on both sides, then remove it, stack it on a plate, and repeat with another layer of flour until all the flour is used up.
Once completed, stack everything back into the refrigerator compartment.

Step 5:
Beat the whipping cream until fluffy, then add durian and beat evenly to create durian cream.
Then take a large plate, place 2 layers of just-cooked cakes on the bottom, then spread a layer of durian cream on top. Then continue with another layer of cake, another layer of durian cream, repeating until all the cream and cakes are used up.

Ensure the top layer is cake. Thus, the durian cream cake is completed.
Place the cake in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, then take it out to enjoy.
