- Register for a Blogspot account at https://www.blogger.com.
- Blogspot blogs come at zero cost, requiring only a Google account to begin.
- You can initiate your blog creation using any web browser on your computer, phone, or tablet.
Guidelines
Access Blogger through your web browser. Enter https://www.blogger.com in the address bar, then press
↵ Enter or ⏎ Return on your keyboard.
- Blogger enables you to create a new blog with a Blogspot URL domain.
Click START YOUR BLOG. This button appears in orange at the center. It will allow you to log in to Blogger using your Google account.
Log in with your Google account. You'll need your Google account credentials to access and use Blogger.
- If you don't have a Google account, select Create account at the bottom.
Provide a display name and select Continue to Blogger. If you're new to Blogger, you'll be asked to provide a display name for your profile. Following that, you'll be directed to your Blogger dashboard.
Click CREATE NEW BLOG. This orange button in the middle of the page will launch the 'Create a new blog' pop-up.
Input a title for your blog. Tap on the designated area labeled 'Title' within the pop-up window, then proceed to enter a title for your newly created blog.
Provide a unique address for your blog in the designated field labeled 'Address.' Click on the text box adjacent to 'Address' within the pop-up, then commence typing the desired URL address for your blog.
Choose the Blogspot URL of your preference. Select a Blogspot URL from the dropdown menu provided.
Select a suitable theme for your blog. Browse through the variety of themes available in the 'Theme' section, then click on the image of your chosen theme to apply it to your blog.
Tap on Create blog. Located at the lower-right corner of the pop-up window, this orange button will initiate the creation and publication process of your new Blogspot blog.
