Step 4: Enter an arbitrary display name for the app and click Create App ID.
Step 5: Confirm the captcha code and then click Submit.
Step 6: In the newly created app management interface, navigate to the Messenger section and click Set Up.
Step 7: Scroll down to find the Access Token section, then click on Add or Remove Pages as described in the image below.
